Segunda vez que me aventuro nesse projeto. Criado pelo neozelandense Michael Green, a ideia foi abrasileirada por Patricia Muller. Quem participa deve criar metas mensuráveis, realistas e específicas – além de, obviamente, precisarem de algum esforço para serem completadas.
